Registration and Enrollment Procedure
For Basic and Advanced Courses:
1. Fill up our online application form.
2. Wait for an email notification from the Admission's Office. You will receive a list of requirements and will be scheduled for an interview.
* (Acceptance will be based on the merit of the submitted requirements, profile, portfolio, and interview.)
3. Payment schemes:
EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNTS (based on regular tuition rate of Php140,000.00)
1. Full payment upon enrollment – Php 130,000.00
2. Semestral payments -
Php20,000.00 reservation fee upon acceptance
50,000.00 on or before July 4, 2009
65,000.00 PDC for December 5, 2009 to be submitted
on or before July 4, 2009
EASY INSTALLMENT SCHEME (0% interest)
MDAFI is offering an easy-payment scheme for accepted Filipino applicants into its Basic Course in Motion Picture Language as follows:
20k upon enrollment plus eleven (11) post-dated monthly checks in the amount of Php10,910.00 each, beginning August 15, 2009 to June 15, 2010.
Enrollment ongoing until July 4, 2009. First-come-first-served
4. Deadline for applications and enrollment is EXTENDED to July 4, 2009. Failure to meet enrollment deadline shall cause the forfeiture of the accepted applicant’s reservation fee in favor of the MDAFI; and the applicant’s slot, at this point, shall be deemed open to other qualified persons in line.
